Urban living is about to shrink in size, but it’s becoming smarter than ever. Hear from four architects, including two AIA architects, who are changing the landscape for urban micro-units and some of the forecasting of where this trend can grow (or shrink). Hear how universities in California are at the front of this movement and if it’s sustainable enough to make housing affordable again. This session has just been approved for 1 AIA LU (.1 AIA CEU).

All Dwell on Design attendees are welcome to attend this session free of additional charge. Priority seating will be given to those who are attending the session for credit.
